How do I import the downloaded football calendar into Google Calendar?

Download the .ics file from Calcio GA, open Google Calendar on web, navigate to Settings > Import & Export, and upload the file to your desired calendar.

Will the calendar events adjust to my local timezone?

Yes. The generated .ics files use standard UTC timestamps (RFC 5545), so your calendar software will automatically display kickoff times in your local time.
